Production-aware choices
Customization options are reviewed against MOQ, target price, material availability, sampling timing, and production feasibility.

Handbag Customization
Kanrow helps buyers customize handbags around material, structure, color, lining, zipper, hardware, logo method, label, packing, and shipment requirements.
Program Fit
Customization changes an existing handbag design instead of creating a new one: a different color or material, your logo, a revised interior, or private-label packing. Each change affects cost, minimum quantity, and timing differently, so decide which changes are essential before the first sample and keep the rest optional.

Exterior material, color, logo, hardware, lining, inner pockets, zipper, labels, and packing are treated as one production package.
Buyers can review comments on shape, dimensions, finishing, logo position, material handfeel, and packing before bulk production.
Production Brief
Approve every option on the sample bag, not only on a swatch or an artwork proof. Options that need new tooling or special materials should be confirmed with their minimums and timing before you commit.
| Decision | What to specify | Sample or order check |
|---|---|---|
| Color | Give color references for the body, lining, edge paint, thread, and zipper tape, using a physical swatch or a color-system reference, and name the lighting used for approval. | Compare the material or lab dip with the reference in the agreed lighting. A custom-dyed color can carry a material minimum that a stock color does not. |
| Material change | Name the replacement material and the reason for the change, such as price, appearance, durability, or recycled content, and keep the original bag as a reference. | Recheck shape, stitch holding, and edge finish on the new material, because a pattern made for one material may need adjustment. Ask for documents that support any recycled-content or composition claim. |
| Logo and decoration | Choose debossing, foil stamping, printing, embroidery, a metal plate, or a woven label, with the size, position, and artwork file. | Approve the logo on the actual material for definition and durability. Methods that need a die, mold, or screen can add setup cost and development time. |
| Interior layout | Describe pockets, card slots, zip pockets, key clips, dividers, and the lining material or print. | Load the sample with the intended contents and check pocket access, lining fit, and seam position. |
| Names and personalization | State whether units carry individual names or initials, how the variable text will be supplied, and how each piece should be labeled and packed. | Confirm feasibility, how each personalized unit is checked, and how personalized pieces are packed and reconciled against the order list before quoting. |
| Private-label packing | Define dust bags, tissue, polybags, hangtags, barcodes, gift boxes, and carton marks, with artwork for each printed item. | Inspect a packed sample for creasing, scuffing, and correct labels. Printed boxes and bags can have their own print-run minimums. |
